Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
There is a minimum order value of £15 plus the postage and packing cost.
Creative Fusion reserves the right to alter our prices, however we will inform you at the time you order of any increases or special offers.
Delivery
On larger orders (eg wedding stationary) delivery is usually within three weeks of receipt of payment for your order. However some orders may be delivered sooner. On smaller orders of cards, delivery is usually within a week. We will advise you if we anticipate a longer delay on your order.
On orders to be delivered in England there is an additional charge for postage and packaging, this will depend on your order size. (All deliveries are sent by 1st class recorded delivery)
On orders to be delivered else where, please ask
at the time of your order about delivery charges.
Special delivery can be arranged in advance for
birth announcements or urgent deliveries at an additional charge.
Problems
Any complaints of damage must be made within seven days of receipt to enable us to investigate the matter.
Please check the contents of your parcel carefully before claiming shortages. If your parcel has not arrived by the due date please contact us.
